Hi, I’m Doug Wernert. Thanks for reading my blog. Here’s what you should know about me:
I’m a senior account executive at the Detroit office of Weber Shandwick, the world’s largest (and best, IMO) public relations agency. We do work for a lot of really cool companies.
General Motors is the main client in the Detroit office and I do a lot of digital content planning, syndication and outreach for them. Please note that the thoughts in this blog are mine alone and don’t necessarily reflect the thoughts of Weber Shandwick or any of our clients.
This blog will feature my thoughts on PR, being a young professional, the social Web and anything else that I find interesting (which is a lot). You may also occasionally see a rant about Michigan football or Detroit sports.
